Case study · Client · Real estate
A luxury real estate site with live MLS listings, a lead list, and an AI-assisted weekly newsletter that Gia runs herself.
The brief
Gia is a Los Angeles agent with Compass who works at the top of her market. Her site needed to feel as considered as the homes she sells, and it had to keep itself current: new listings, new market news, new reasons for buyers and sellers to stay on her list.
She didn’t want a site that needed a developer every week. The goal was a site she could run on her own, with the busywork taken off her plate.
What I built
Her active listings come straight from the MLS for her agent ID, refreshed every ten minutes, with full photo galleries on every listing page. The last good copy is kept on disk, so the site never shows an empty grid.
Every Monday, Claude researches the market, regulations and buyer trends with web search. Gia ticks the topics she likes, and it drafts a newsletter in her voice with her real listings and photos, plus a matching blog post.
From the dashboard she uploads photos, pastes the details and gets a standalone property site in her brand. It can search for and buy a domain through Cloudflare and publish to its own host in one click.
Newsletter signups go into her own list, deduplicated by email, with CSV import, unsubscribe tracking and a searchable dashboard.
About, team, buyers, sellers, success stories, concierge, press, reviews and more. All the copy, stats, press logos and reviews live in one file she can edit.
